Hey guys,
Today I am up with a very interesting recipe which is healthy and will help you in weight loss too..This recipe doesn't require any cooking and is very easy ti be prepared...It will not take much of your time and do not need too much of ingredients.
Just the things present in your kitchen and you are ready for the recipe..Weight loss doesn't means that you have to skip your meals for it..Instead,skipping meals will inturn aids in weight gain..So gear up guys for this recipe which will help you in weight loss process without skipping your meals and without wasting much of your valuable time...


Ingredients:

  1. Moong ( Green sabut moong dal)
  2. Roasted cumin
  3. Red chilli powder
  4. Black salt
  5. Table salt
  6. Raw peanuts
  7. Lemon
  8. Green chillies
  9. Tomatoes
  10. Onion 
  11. Cucumber
  12. Carrots

The quantity of the above mentioned ingredients depends on your taste.You can change it as per your need.
  Also the ingredients (except the main ones) can be changed according to the availability and need..This will not alter the efficacy of the recipe at all..

Procedure:

  1. Soak the dal in required quantity in water(1 inch above level of the dal).
  2. Keep it soaked in water overnight..
  3. Next morning drain off all the water and keep the dal undisturbed the whole day..
  4. After 14-15 hours you will see the sprouting in the moong dal.
  5. If you want the sprouts to be more long ,keep it for 1 more day..
  6. Your sprouts are ready to be made tasty.

For making the recipe tastyπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

  1. Chop all the vegetables into very small dices..
  2. Take 1 bowl of hot water and add the moong sprouts in it just for 5 mins
  3. After 5 mins drain all the water...(these are blanched sprouts now) ..Boiling will destroy the sprouts..
  4. Now add all the ingredients one by one to the sprout..
  5. At the last squeeze the lemon in it.
  Your healthy platter is ready to be served...



This healthy recipe will keep you fuller for a long time..and hence will help in weight loss..


Do try it guys and share your results...but remember you have to be consistent...just 2 or 3 days will not work...




You can also keep sprouts in the refrigerator for 3-4 days...
