Today I’m gonna talk about the Blue Heaven Shimmer eyeliner. Blue Heaven is a brand which has very very budget friendly cosmetics. Not that all the products are amazing, but its okay to buy for beginners as its well within price. I recently had a craze to get shimmery eye-liner and thereby gave a try on the Blue Heaven Shimmer Liner.
So this is how the liner looks:

Packaging:
The liner comes in a regular kind of glass bottle, which is spill proof. And yes as it is a transparent glass bottle, you can easily see the pretty colours inside. The brush of the liner is decent, little on the thicker side. I like the golden coloured brush cover, which gives it a classy outlook!
My view:
I had never used Blue Heaven products before, but have heard a lot about it (both good and bad reviews). And the price was also so attractive, like so cheap, 3 liners for just Rs. 176, I just went ahead and bought it.
I would not say that this is not worth buying, because the colours are extremely pretty. BUT but but.. there are a lot to complain about it too! The liner takes like more that even 5 minutes to dry! That’s so annoying!!
If you are a person who sweats a lot, you can’t even think of putting this liner, because it is absolutely not smudge proof or water resistant. Only good thing is that it is not highly priced, so it actually doesn’t hurt much to have wasted money for this.
But yes, colours are pretty, and if you are like patient enough to wait for 5 minutes or more for a liner to dry and you are a person who does not sweat a bit, you can think of giving it a try, otherwise, please don’t!

Pros:
- Price is so within budget,
- Pigmentation is decent,
- Pretty and attractive colours available
Cons:
- Smudges totally,
- Not at all water proof,
- Takes like forever to dry.
Basically I am not going to buy this product again. Just that I got lured by the attractive colours they have, otherwise I have never been actually able to use it as it smudges very badly!!
I would rate it 2/5.
