How to make restaurant style choley at home....



Hello everyone..Today I am up with new recipe for making restaurant style choley at home..Whenever you host a party at home,this recipe will surely help you to make restaurant style yummy choley on your own..so here are the ingredients and the procedure to make the dish...follow the recipe and be ready for the sizzling meal which will be always liked by everyone in the family...so be ready to become a super chef ladies with my amazing recipe..



Ingredients :-

  • White choley - 250gm
  • Jeera/Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Khade masala/ whole masale- 1 teaspoon
  • Dhaniya/Coriander - 3 teaspoon
  • Haldi/Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt /Namak- To taste
  • Lal mirch/Red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes/tamatar - 2 no.s
  • Anaar / Pomegranate- 1 nos
  • Onion,garlic and ginger - as per requirement





Procedure :-

  • Soak the entire choley in water overnight/atleast 8-9 hours..
  • Boil the next day in a pressure cooker.(15 min to 20 min)
  • Take a wok/kadhai ,
  • Add refined oil and heat it.
  • Now add jeera and whole masala..
  • After it add onions and saute well.
  • Add all the masala one by one except garam masale and continue to saute..
  • Now add tomatoes to the mix and saute well..
  • Add all the boiled choley along with water to the prepared mix..
  • Add salt as per taste..
  • Again saute well.
  • Cook for approx. 20 minutes..

Your yummy dish is ready to serve...

Add some coriander leaves and onion while you serve it.

You all must be wondering what is so unique in this recipe..so here is the secret tip for you all..


*Note -You can vary the amount of ingredients according to the number of people you want to serve...


Secret tip :- 

Cut a slice of anaar and add it to the choley along with the chillka(peel)..while boiling..If you want you can remove it after boiling or keep it as it is..Trust me guys this secret tip will add a twist to your normally made choley at home..It will give a perfect colour and taste to the dish..
