Hey everyone....We are all tired and frustated of doing high intensity exercises,power yoga and hitting the gym everyday but still there are no results seen..All of us always wish to have a perfect and a well maintained body and we go to all extent for achieving that but still some of us don't get the desired results..Water is truly magical and can do almost everything..A high intake of water everyday cleanses your system,flushes out all the toxins from the body and increase your metabolism which further helps in weight loss and flatten your tummy...To enhance the taste of water ,so that the intake is also increased I have been making flavored water on a daily basis since a month now and also take it with me to my work place.Trust me guys this flavored water has actually provoked me to drink a sufficient amount of water the whole day...this flavored water not only quenches my thirst but the ingredients infused in it  provides benefits for my body system and skin..So today in my article i will provide you the recipes to make SLIMMING DETOX WATER..I gave it this name because it actually does so.
 Detox water is actually water infused with fruits to make it flavored and more tastier..

  • Water - The very first and most important ingredient is water..We all know that water is very beneficial for us.It keeps hydrated and boosts metabolism,aids in digestion, helps in losing weight.
  • Lemon- Lemon is rich in vitamin c...its citrus juices help with digestion and relieve bloating of stomach.
  • Ginger-  Ginger naturally boosts the immune system and calms the belly..it has anti-inflammatory properties and helps in weight loss..
  • Cucumber - Cucumbers contains lots of antioxidants and helps in flushing out toxins..they also help in water retention.
  • Mint - Mint aids in digestion,soothes the belly and make water more flavored.
  • Watermelon - Watermelon has great amount of water content..it helps to improve the functioning of the kidneys.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1  glass or plastic bottle/container
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • ginger
  • mint leaves
  • 1/4 watermelon

PROCEDURE


  • Chop or cut all the fruits and ingredients
  • Fill a large container with all the ingredients.
  • Add water and completely fill the container or bottle completely.
  • Refrigerate for atleast for 24 hours.
  • Enjoy your drink

Some other ingredients that can also be infused in water to gain benefits are apples,strawberries,blueberries ,green tea leaves,raspberries,pineapple etc.

You can make DETOX WATER of your own choice and depending on their availability ...You can always skip any of the ingredient which is not available or also can use  any 2 of them or 3 of them and you are good to go...Its not necessary every time to use all the ingredients.
