Chatpati chillies recipe

Hello friends...its been so long now since I have posted in my blog...but now I am back with an amazing recipe which will be mouth watering for you all ...It is a very sizzling and hot recipe related to master ingredient of our Indian kitchen..and thats green chillies..You all will enjoy reading the recipe and I am sure you all will surely try this at your home..So starting with the sizzling recipe now...enjoy you guys.

Ingredients:-
  1. Oil - 2 tablespoons (You can use any oil which you use in your daily recipes.Desi ghee can also be used.)
  2. Green chillies - 6 to 7 or as per need.
  3. Cumin seeds ( jeera)-1 tablespoon
  4. Turmeric ( haldi)- a pinch
  5. Salt- as per taste
  6. Dry mango powder (Aamchur) -1/2 tablespoon.
Cooking time - 2 to 3 minutes

Method:-

  1. Heat oil in a frying on a medium heat.
  2. As the oil is heated add cumin seeds in it..as you will add cumin seeds they will pop up.It means your oil is ready to be used.
  3. Now slit the chillies into two halves or you can cut them into small pieces and add them to the oil.
  4. Now add the other ingredients - turmeric and salt.
  5. Saute all mixture well till the chillies are slightly roasted..(the color will change).
  6. Now add dry mango powder and saute well.
  7. Switch off the gas immediately.
  8. Take out all the chillies with the mixture in a bowl .
Your chatpati chillies are ready to be served with delicious Indian thali..I am sure it is delicious and will make your lunch and dinner more amazing..
